Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My dog was recently run over by a driver speeding through my mobile home park.

By the account of three witnesses they had to yell at the driver to stop as it appeared that she had no intention to. The dog survived, however my vet bills to date exceed $400.00. Do I have any legal recourse?

Dogs are probably not dupposed to roam wild. They usually are requireed to be on a leash. You can sue, but you probably bear some responsibility here as well.
