Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I was driving a friends car and i crash on sombody else, because i was not on his insurance, insurex inc is charging me over 2.000 or they will take way my licences. What shoud i do. Thank you

If you believe it was your fault for the accident you may want to attempt a payment arrangement. if you were not at fault for the accident you are not liable for damages caused to the other vehicle even if you do not have insurance.
Your friends car should cover the damages unless you were specifically excluded on the coverage or your were driving the car regularly and your friend did not report it. Want to know the law? If you were driving with permission, you should be covered by his insurance.
