am i entitled to loss of use for car after an accedent that wasnt my fault when i didnt rent a car

Yes. The at-fault driver/owner and their insurer(s) should provide you with a rental car until your vehicle is repaired or, if a total loss, until the total loss value is paid. If they do not provide you with a rental car or other replacement vehicle then you are entitled to be compensated for the loss of use of your vehicle for a reasonable time until it can be repaired or replaced. Even if they provide a rental car, you are entitled to loss of use for any days your vehicle in inoperable before they provicde the rental car.
