Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I had someone issue a defamatory post on craigslist about me and my workmanship. It was only posted for about 3 hours, but I received several phone calls about the posting. I printed a hard copy of the posting and documented every phone call I received. I can't prove that I lost any business from this posting, but I wanting to seek punitive damages. How much would be a reasonable amount to seek? The posting contained my full name, the area that I live in and said that I am a con artist that looks to rip people off.

In my opinion, without any damages, you should not sue, even for punitive damages. Not worth the effort or the time or the expense to do so. The court system has enough people with legitimate damages and injuries to handle without trying to deal with people who do not have any damage.
