Lawsuit Loan

Is my attorney supposed to help me in filling out the paperwork so I can get a lawsuit loan?

I do not believe there is any duty of the attorney to help you fill out papers to obtain a loan. That is not what you hired him or her for. However, most lawyer will assist; some for a fee depending on the time involved.

No, some lawyer frown about those things and have no ethical duty. However you can always find a lawyer that will help you.

Please also keep in mind that several advance companies charge a great amount of interest but theres a large range depending on the companies. I know of some companies that charge 25% on the amount advanced no matter on long the case takes.
