Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Libel?

I wrote an online review entitled ''Legitimate contest or Fraud?'' The text was as follows: ''XXXX.com sponsors an ''Is She Cute'' contest in which visitors to the site vote on a scale of 1-10 for any of the 300 or girls in the contest. The problem is that although they list the number of votes for each contestant below their names the vote count does not reflect the actual number of votes that have been cast for that girl. Each time a single vote is cast for a girl the total number votes for her raises anywhere from 9 to 18. It is at best very misleading to label these as votes. At worst it is fraudulent.'' Factually the description of how the ''votes'' are counted is accurate. Is this libel?
