Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I live in Miami florida and recently lost my job and had a house foreclosure. I missed a car insurance payment and GEICIO cancelled me 9/28/10. I just had a car accident yesterday (fender bender - no injuries I received improper chang eof lane ticket). What are my legal obligations since I have no insurance - can she sue me - can her car insurance make me pay for it?

If you do not pay for the damage to her car you will end up losing your license.
