Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

How long do you have to sue a company for a recall on a vehicle that resulted in a bad crash?

I'm not real sure what area of law this would be so I just picked one.

The category is Torts, Negligence, product liability. Are you trying to sue due to the recall, or are you trying to sue due to the crash? It appears that you believe that there was a defect (either manufacturing, engineering/design) that actually caused the crash. Time is of the essence, as the vehicle will need to be inspected for defects, and a cause/effect factual evidence will need to be gathered, and preserved. You need to contact an attorney who specializes in automobile defect crash cases to proceed. Any party who was injured has standing to bring this claim.
