Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
I owe the city $12,000.00 in porperty damage from an auto accident. my auto insurance will pay $10,000.00. I don't have the other $2000.00 and I don't know if the city will settle for $10,000.00. what should i do?
I'm also having a hard time dealing with my insurance company.

Your insurance company should be dealing with this and they should be negotiating the settlement and getting this resolved for yor available coverage.
