If your in a parking lot and u back up and another car comes speeding in and you back into the side of them who is at fault the state is Florida

For the most part, the person backing out of the parking space needs to yield to the oncoming driver. However the fault may be apportioned or given strictly to oncoming driver if the oncoming driver was speeding, driving too fast for the conditions or not on his side of the parking spaces/
