Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I need to know if a person knowing had gental herpes and passed it to you without telling you that they had it what can you do legally about it. I s there something that you can do to stop this person from doing this to anyone else?

The person could potentially be criminally charged, if there is a way to prove that the transmission of the disease was intentional.

This can be a crime. He or she can also be civilly liable. These are difficult cases to prove.
