Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I want to raise my uninsured motorist coverage because of all the bad drivers, but I don't want to raise my my bodily injury. How can I do this in Florida?

You can't. They require BI limits at least as high as the UM limits, unless you have an umbrella policy but to get an umbrella, the underlying BI and UM are required to be pretty high.

Carriers require bi limits to be at certain rates to have um at High rates. Check with your carrier or others.
