Rear end collision victim

Are there any other avenues to take, to seek compensation from someone who has been found to have no assets? She had car insurance but minimal coverage, which was found out by my attorney? She was clearly at faulted and ticketed for reckless driving and failure to show proof of insurance. Thank you

If you were seriously injured you may apply for Social Security. Otherwise, probably no recourse.
