Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Recently I was having problems with a anti-psychotic I was taking with its side effects. My doctor diagnosed me with Akathisia, which is a disorder characterized by unpleasant sensations of \"inner\" restlessness that manifests itself with an inability to sit still or remain motionless and suicidal thoughts. I wanted to file a claim against the anti-psychotic company for the problems it has caused, but I don\'t know how to begin and what to expect. What do I need to do to file a claim? How long will it take for it to go to trial? What may be the amount of money be if I were to win, how much should I make the claim for? What may the lawyer fees be?

see my web site on medical malpractice, www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com. Although not the same as products liabiltiy, it goes over the process of deciding on a case and what to expect.\n\nAll product and medical malpractive cases are very expensive cases to handle. You must have very significant permanent injuries in order to proceed.\n\nGood luck.
