Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

What recourse do I have in Personal injury suit

My wife was involved in a traffic accident. My insurance was not sufficent enough to pay entire claim. My insurance company says she is going to subrogate to her insurance company and collect and additonal amount of money. They said I would be sued by her insurance company to recover their money. What is my recourse.

Your insurance carrier should provide you with legal counsel, which counsel represents you and not the carrier. Seek the advice of counsel or seek independent counsel to discuss your options. I do not know enough about the facts of your case to render any meaningful, specific advice.
