Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Ref: Traffic accident

I was sitting at a red light for a couple of minutes when my truck rolled forward and bumped the car in front of me. My foot was on the brake, so there was no acceleration, therefore I wasn't even going 1mph. Now she's trying to claim injuries and get almost $10K out of my insurance company. Not only that will hurt my insurance, but she's obviously trying to committ fraud! We were basically at a complete stop! It left a scratch on her back bumper. Even the cop made it obvious that the whole thing was ridiculous to have called him out. Even worse, she knows what she's doing because she is an adjuster for State Farm and it was a fleet car for the company. What can I do to stop her? I want to report her to her employer because they obviously don't know what she's doing. She's a poor excuse for a human being...it's people like her that make our rates so high in the first place! I want to stop it all, but don't know how.

Your case is in the hands of your insurance carrier. Your insurance company must defend you in this suit. Your insurance company attorneys know how to deal with Plaintiffs like this one. BUT, if your vehicle hit her vehicle...you are at fault. She didn't back into you, right?
