Is there anyway to reverse a letter of protection in a auto accident?

The only way is to pay the doctor his bills. You can usually negotiate these downward. You can send the doctor a letter saying that any bills after the date of the letter won't be part of the original letter of protection. Otherwise, it's a contract, where he agrees to wait for payment and will treat you now, and you agree to pay him out of the settlement.
