after school injury
my son is 5 years old and was hit on his head by a stick from another kid took hem to hospital he had 10 staples its there any legal action that i can take agains the afterschool program for negligentcy not watching them

In the absence of any information that there was negligence, I think that the "kids will be kids" rule applies. If the hitter has been a trouble maker and has hit others or if they saw the tussle and did not seperate the kids, maybe, but these claims are tough and are, in my judgment, a longshot. You may have signed a waiver in any event.
