Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

my son was kill on his job.the company was frond not guilty by a jury trial.can i file a civil suits against the company? my son work as a tire tech on his job. he was changing the tire on a front loader. it fell on him and kill him.i did not win the wrongful death suits.

You dont really give enough information to answer your question. If you filed a wrongful death action and lost against one party, you likely no longer can file another one. If the employer paid worker's compensation, they would be immune from any wrongful death action. Your reference to not guilty seems to imply that a criminal matter was pursued? If so, then the civil side can be pursued if the 2 year statute of limitations has not run.
