Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was staying at a daytona beach, fl hotel with some friends. Later another acquaintance came in with someone he had just met. We all crashed in the hotel room. When we awakened, we found our cash was stolen. The acquaintence and his friend were gone.. a police report was filed. Is the hotel liable for the stolen money?

No. Why would they? They didn't allow the guy in the room. You allowed them to crash there. Call the police and report them immediately.

No, you let them in so it wasn't a security breach by the hotel or something. Definitely call the police.
