Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

had surgery on shoulder I know that I have a case was not at fault in accident also have back problems no surgery but had several proceedures done to it from burning the nerves in the fisette tendons to most resent eppidural in spine. Do I have a case w/ the soft tissue / back or is the shoulder the only thing I have a case on? Was told that very hard for soft tissue case to win?

You can assert damages for all those injuries. Some may be easier to prove, objectively, than others, to be sure. But if the accident was the cause of injury to a body part, you are entitled to assert and be awarded money in compensation for all the injuries. In most but not all auto accident cases you must prove that you sustained a permanent injury or permanent scarring in order to be awarded pain and suffering damages, as opposed to medical expenses and wage loss.
