Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I work at a local church in fort myers florida. We have some homeless people that have set up camp on the church property. we do not want them to be arrested, but we do want them to vacate the property. What, if any is our liability if they were to get hurt, etc. while on the property?

There are numerous potential liability issues for the church in this situation. Perhaps the church can assist the homeless people in locating a suitable homeless shelter, or even being the catalyst for starting one if none currently exists in the area. You can seek a No Trespass injunction against them to alleviate the current situation. You should consult with a premises liability attorney your local area.
