Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida

Extra Protein

After eating a number of frozen home fries, my fiance noticed about 4-6 cooked grublike creatures in one of them. As a result I've stopped eating french fries and any other potato products and was wondering what i should do about this disguisting discovery, if anything.

From your description, you did nopt eat any of the foreign grublike creatures and have not sufferred any injury as a result of them being in the bag. Purely psycological injury is not compensable without "impact" under Florida law. Unless you were injured, I wouldn't do anything beyond a complaint to the store and the manufacturer so you will reimbursed.
