Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida

I purchased a small sierra mist from a taco bell thru the drive thru for my kids who were thirsty. The kids drank from it as well as my self. When the drink was finished we opened it to get some ice to eat only to find a dead bug stuck to the inside of the cup and you can actually see a part where there is blood smeared too. It was very disgusting!! Do we have a case?

YES(!), but not one that is worth bringing. You were not injured. You have no damage. Go back and they will give you a free drink and maybe a taco.
