Is it legal to sell replica clothing in a retail store if the the stores states that the clothing are replicas with a disclaimer? if not why are there websites that sell them with no problem

It sounds like a counterfit problem to me. Depends on the specific, but -- for instance -- you can't sell a soda called "Coke" with fine print that says it is a replica.
