Re: ex smoker wants compesation

Tobacco litigation has evolved greatly over the last decade. What use to be impoosible is now possible. The addictiveness of nicotine has been the doorway through which much of the issue of liability has been established. Damages such as medical expenses, out of pocket, and pain and suffering must be established. You may actually have a claim but it will require a face to face consultation with an attorney experienced in tobacco litigation cases.

Congratulations on quitting.
