Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida

I sold a used truck AS IS and the bill of sale stated it. Now buyer wants to return it because on the way home it started smoking. The truck was in good conditions, and the buyers drove it and approved.

He says he will take me to court.

Can he win?

Only if he can convince the court that you knew of the problem and defrauded him by hiding the problem from him.
