55 adult communities

Is there a way around the age 55 rule in the florida adult communities? I am 51 and want to purchase but have been told I am to young.

In true 55+ communities one of the owners on the deed must be 55+. In some communities there is a 20% agrrement that under age may own but you would have to check the community documents which vary. No other way is legal.
