Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

5 day limit to complete a deed of foreclosure

I received some documents from my timeshare about a deed in lieu of foreclosure. I have been delinquent with the monthly payments since Oct 2008. On the instruction letter it says that I have to complete and send everything back within 5 days. My concern is that I will most not likely complete everything in 5 days as my parents are co-owners and are in another country as of the moment. Is there any legal implication regarding this time limit? I cannot find anything on the web explaining the reason for this time limit. Please advice. Thank you!
