Adding daughter to deed of home
What is the process for adding my daughter's name to my homestead (house and land) and can I do this without an attorney? Thanks

You may execute and properly record a quitclaim deed whereby you transfer title to the property from you to you and your daughter. You may still want to meet with a lawyer to confirm that adding your daughter to the title will not adversely affect your interests.
