Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Adding a name to a house

We live in Broward County Florida

My dad passed away and the house is in both my mom and dad name. My mom wants to put my name on the house. Will this effect her homestead exceptions. I do not live in the house. She wants to do this so when she dies, the house will not go into Propate. What can we do to make this happen.
