I have an Agreement to Deed on my home and the buyer is not making the payments, what are my options

If they are in default on the Agreement to Deed, you must foreclosure exactly like it is a Mortgage. In Florida, the courts have ruled there is no difference between an Agreement for Deed (Land Contract) or a Mortgage. That is why attorneys rarely do Agreement for Deeds.
