There are ways to achieve the result that you want, but you really need to get your attorney involved in the process. it would start with a requirement that your husband execute a quit claim deed if that is what is ordered in the final decree. if he does not do that, which I find hard to believe he wont in the face of an order, especially in light of his current circumstances, than you can have an individual appointed to accomplish the task. it is not an easy process and it will take time. you need legal help.
