Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We bought a house a month ago, the owner and the realtor never told us the seller killed the big trees out back. Now the branchs are falling and distroying stuff. We bought the house as is can we do anything to get him to help pay the cost.

You may be able to rescind the closing if it was a material defect that they knew, or should have known, and they failed to disclose it to you. It is a tough argument, and essentially it is that they commited an intentional fraud on you.
