I had a cement company put a lien on my property by mistake. They have the wrong address, even the wrong county! I have never had any dealings with this company. They have put a lien on the wrong address and are totally at fault. They admitted they were at fault but the lien is still there. They will not return my calls. How can I get the lien removed?

You can record a Notice to Contest Lien. Once filed, they have a short period of time to file an action to foreclose on your lien or the lien goes away.
