Classes of ownership in Condo assoc
My condo assoc has drafter rules that limit access to amenities depending on if an owner is a resident of the complex or only on site part time. This is a resort style complex with many people only here on the weekends. My thinking is that that would not be legal as it is establishing 2 classes of ownership?

Rules must be in accordance with the declaration of condominium. There is more to be known prior to providing a meaningful reply.
