Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

deed of distribution

Does a deed of distribution give good title to property? For example, the person whose will was probated claims to have had a deed to property but the deed has been lost and the person who had sold the property originally never recorded a deed.

Re: deed of distribution

Please start over. Your question is too confusing as stated. For example, "the person whose will was probated CLAIMS (present tense). . .". If their will was probated, they are dead and can't claim anything. What do you mean "the person who sold the property originally"? And "never recorded a deed"? Do you mean a deed to them, or from them? et cetera
