Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

In dividing beachfront property with my sister , she took a 10 ft right of way for beach access. The beach can be accessed by a road on the other side. Can I take back this 10 ft right of way?

You cannot unilaterally take it away if you already granted the access. Not enough information provided to know. You should have your paperwork reviewed by an attorney.
