Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have an executed contract to buy a property, the bank terminated the contract because the title is not good because there is a supposed owner now that is reclaiming the property, can the bank void the contract??

Read the contract. Probably, the paperwork will tell you that if good title cannot be transferred, then the bank does not have to lend money (which makes sense).
