Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My father put a house in my name years ago, which I own in name only. My spouse is aware of this situation. I will be divorcing her and need to know how to keep her from claiming the house as mutual property. Would it be sufficient to have her state on paper that she has no rights to the house, along with her signature? I don't expect her to go after the house, but I need to protect my father.

Why is it in your name in the first place? Transfer it back to dad.

This puts the equity in the house in potential litigation with your wife.I would suggest you send me an e-mail describing how and under what circumstances you received this property from you dad if you need further assistance from me.
