Does FL Priest acting as Real Estate Agent without a Real Estate license breach his fiduciary duty as a Priest?

Huh? A Priest acting as a Priest has a fuduciary duty. Unless his actions in another sphere are under the cloak of his being a Priest, he is held to the normal standard of care as everyone else. Without more facts, question cannot be answered any better than this.
