Can I be forced to sell my home for a judgement in the state of Florida if it is homestead excempt?

if the judgment is for a debt owed for the home (i.e. mortgage) then yes. If the judgment is for something else, then in most all cases the creditor can not force the sale of your primary residence. However, they can still record a lien and when the property is sold then they would presumably be able to collect on their judgment if there is enough proceed from the sale.
