During a foreclosure, can wages be garnished or can bank accounts or 401K be garnished?

Wages - yes, unless the wages being garnished are from a person supporting kids who makes more than their spouse.

Bank accounts - yes, unless the money falls under the wages exception I just mentioned.

401(k) - usually not.
