Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hired a Non-profit to assist in getting a home modification with Bank of America. Mitigator/Third party has been reporting lies to the homeowner stating that she has been making contact with the Bank; when in fact she has not been. Now Bank of America is in the process of beginning the Foreclosure process on the home. I would like to know if there is any legal recourse to hold these people accountable? We have access to an online communication log between the homeowner and the Third party/non-profit organization.

accountable for what. you can't prove that contacting the Bank would have avoided foreclosure. You can get you money back if they did not do what they were hired to do.
