Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My home is in Florida and both myself and boyfriend are on the loan for the house. I have documentation that he only contributed 10% of the money for the down payment and I put 90% of money. I want to sell the house and want to know if I do, is he entitled to half of the proceeds of the house

You fail to mention if both your names are on the deed and how it is titled. That is the starting point for the ownership and distribution of the proceeds. Seek some legal advice.
