Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
The homeowners association in my community is fining me for leaving my 2004 Ford Explorer Sport-trac SUV in the driveway on two occasions. The rules say that pick-up trucks must be in the garage at all times. What is the legal classification of what type of vehicle this is..I say it is an SUV, as I keep the back covered and use it only as a passenger car. They say it is a pick-up and thus worthy of fine. Is there a prescedent on a definition of what a pick up truck is in association rules?

What does the title to your SUV/truck say this vehicle is? I have to say, this looks like a pickup truck to me. Even if you only use the driver's seat in a school bus, it's still a school bus.
