Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My homestead property has a deeded (until the year 2025) 20 foot easement that grants us access to the neighborhood lake because we and 3 other lots are not located on the lake. Our next door neighbor, who is located on the lake, has now put a large aluminum building on the easement, totally blocking our access. What can we do?

I don't understand -- you can't walk around the shed? If you have an easement, you probably have the right to ask him to move his shed. Does the homeowner not realize there is an easement there?
