Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

The house that I'm renting has been foreclosed. I got a letter on my door from a realtor that claims to work for the bank, saying that I need to give him my information and that he will send it to the bank, and then the bank will overnight me a package telling me what my options are. I called the bank and they don't know what i'm talking about. I have 2 questions. 1. How can I find out if this realtor really works for the bank, and 2. The realtor mentioned the possiblity of a month to month lease if I qualify. How does the bank typically figure out how much to charge you for the lease?

If you currently have a lease, you are entitled to finish out your lease under its terms and at your current rental rates. If you are no longer under a lease, you are entitled to at least 90 days' notice to vacate.
