Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My husband is on a deed of his mom's house and some properties along with his sister, who has a unilater POA for their mom. Can his sister sell his portion of the house/properties or does he need to agree to that? Is there a Power of Attorney where two siblings can be on it?

His assets are not affected by the POA from the mother. There are POAs that have two people appointed in that position. Seek some legal advice.
