Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Legal actions in Ga

5 years ago we were staying in a home while preparing to build a new home. 2 months after signing a lease with the owner, we left for a weekend and came back to the door locks being changed. We couldn't get legal help while there, and never got our new home, to whom this person was suppose to build. They sold all of our personal possesions.. We were never asked to move or evicted. I need legal help.. I have photos of our belonging

Is this a Georgia matter? If so, you need to consult an attorney in Georgia. If it is a Florida matter, the statute of limitations may have already run. Consult a qualified attorney as soon as possible who can advise you of your legal rights.
